- Ground floor and first floor suites - Penthouse suites  All suites are fully furnished in either a traditional Belizean mahogany or in a smooth, contemporary style. They all benefit from the following amenities: Two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms (the master includes a whirlpool bath). Large open plan dining & living area, with double sliding doors leading to private balcony with unobstructed sea views.
- Custom made kitchens with full size refrigerator / freezer, oven, stove top and microwave with beautiful granite counter tops (for use with self catering package)
- Cable TV with full channel list.
- Travertine marble floors throughout.
